Your payment options

When shopping in our online shop you can choose between the following payment methods:

Prepay

Please transfer the amount to be paid to our bank account indicated in the order confirmation and below. Please state your customer number, order number or order number as reason for payment. The order data will be sent to you by e-mail after your order, furthermore you will receive these data directly after your order. The dispatch takes place after the payment on our account is received. This usually results in a bank term of up to 3 working days.

PayPal

After the order process you will be automatically redirected to the Paypal page. Now log in to PayPal and make the payment. After completing the payment, you will receive your order confirmation on our site. In order to make a payment via PayPal, you need a PayPal account. If the payment should be carried out manually, please use the following Paypal address: paypal@augustin-group.de

Invoice (creditworthiness required)

If you choose this payment method, your order will be shipped immediately. As soon as the goods are on their way to you, you will receive an invoice in PDF format by e-mail with your order. Please transfer the invoice amount within 14 days exclusively to the bank account you will find in your sent invoice.

Credit card

In the last order process you enter your credit card details. After you have completed the purchase, you will be redirected to a secure page to continue your payment. Your credit card account will be debited when the order is completed.

If you place an order in our shop in Handewitt, you can also choose from the following payment options:

Cash payment

When you pick up your goods in our shop you can pay cash.

EC card

Your card will be inserted into our card terminal. The amount will be shown on the display of the card machine and must be confirmed by you. Then either a receipt must be signed, whereby we match the signature on the back of the girocard with the signature on the receipt, or you must enter your card PIN (four-digit PIN) to confirm. You will then receive your goods and a receipt or EC receipt.



Our partner the Novalnet AG

The payment processing in our online shop takes place via our payment provider Novalnet. Novalnet meets the PCI DSS Level 1 standard. Among other things, server and application security as well as data protection are regularly checked by an auditor at Novalnet AG who is officially accredited by the PCI Security Standards Council.
