60-Day Return Policy
As a special sign of trust, we grant you a voluntary 60-day return policy. You can find the exact details and information about the statutory right of withdrawal in our Terms & Conditions. To ensure that returns are always free of charge for you, you can make use of our free return service. Please always include your order number.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed without delay. Processing times may vary depending on the reason for return, shipping times, and the completeness of the information you provide.
Exchange Items / Core Charge
Exchange items are products that have been reconditioned by the manufacturer. These items are subject to a core charge, which you pay in addition to the purchase price. Please return the defective, complete old part to us. Once we receive your old part, we will refund the corresponding core charge to your account.
Warranty Claim
In the event of a warranty claim, processing times may vary as the product must be sent to the manufacturer for inspection.

Transport damage
What to do in case of shipping damage? Please report the damage in our service portal .In the case of obvious damage, especially with DHL, DPD, or freight shipments, the damage must be reported immediately upon delivery. For overnight shipments with Night Star Express, the deadline for reporting damage ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of delivery.
Hidden damage, which may only become apparent later due to intact outer packaging, can be reported within 7 days of delivery. Important: Even if the package appears undamaged from the outside, we require photos of both the inner and outer packaging!
Please note: If a drop-off authorization has been granted or no depot is available for overnight shipping, liability lies with the buyer!

Please do not return any unfree packages to us, as the origin and contents of such packages are unknown to us at the time of acceptance.
Credit balances and credit memos
Credits from returns will be refunded by us on the way of the original means of payment.
- Credit from orders with PayPal, will be credited to your PayPal account
- Credit from orders with credit card, will be refunded to your credit card account.
- Credits from orders with the following payment methods will be refunded to you by bank transfer:
- Prepay
- Immediate bank transfer
- cash on delivery
- Purchase on account
- Credits from corporate customers will normally be credited to the customer account.
